     The cost to learn an ability is in green lettering. You can learn as many abilities you want as long as you have the merits.

Spirit Bond: passive: 100m:  Learn the name of your Zanpakuto. (+1 die when training zanpakuto)

Manifest Zanpakuto: passive: 200m (must know Spirit Bond):  Bring your zanpakuto to this dimention allowing you to interact with it. (+1 die when training zanpakuto)

Use Zanpakuto: zanpakuto10 energy:  Focus on using your basic soul reaper's katana.

Flashstep: speed: 20 energy: 150m: Manipulate spirit particles to propel your body at very high speeds.

Heal: spiritual pressure25 energy: 200m: Use spirit particles to speed up tissue regeneration. (good for group battles)

Shapeshift: passive: 200m:  Reduces chance of dying in battle.

Overpower: spiritual pressure20 energy: 200m:  If your spiritual pressure is twice that of your opponent, they can't escape and they fight at a big dissadvantage.

Repel: block: 20 energy: 150m:  Use spirit energy to block opponent's attacks.

Paralyzer: spiritual pressure, block: 40 energy: 300m:  Use spirit energy to bind your opponent's body.

Hand to hand: agility: 10 energy: 100m:  Fight without your zanpakuto.

Throw: strength, agility: 30 energy: 250m:  Get in close and toss your opponent into something.

Dashing: strength, speed: 40 energy: 250m:  Charge your opponent with great force.

Use Shikai: zanpakuto35 energy: 350m (must know Spirit Bond):  Release your zanpakuto.

Use Bankai: zanpakuto45 energy: 500m (must know Spirit Bond,Shikai):  The ultimate form of a soul reaper's zanpakuto. 

Projectile: spiritual pressure, agility25 energy: 200m:  Fire spirit energy from your hand.

Defensive Stance: block: 15 energy: 100m: Take less damage from physical attacks.

Wild Swings: strength: 20 energy: 150m:  Attack blindly for big damage.

Careful Aim: strike: 15 energy: 100m:  Attack vital organs and weak spots.

Counter-Attack: strike, agility: 30 energy: 250m:  Focus on hitting an opponent while they attack.

Break: strike, strength35 energy: 300m:  If you are much stronger than your opponent, you can break their zanpakuto, quincy bow, doll, or hollow mask. Otherwise it's a very strong attack.

Barrier: spiritual pressure: 15 energy100m:  Take less damage from energy based attacks.
